The Arabic Report for Cultural Development is an annual report, issued by the Arab Thought Foundation, about the situation of the cultural development in the Arab States. The report is annually interested with the description and the analysis of the most important aspects of cultural development in the Arab countries, through their basic structures, such as education, media, copyright, information creativity of all kinds and different types, such as poetry, narration, cinema, TV drama, theater, music and singing, as well as the intellectual and cultural harvesting which provide the major features of the cultural movement during a year and its basic details.

Objectives 

The need for scientific studies about the situation of the cultural development in all its aspects in the Arab world: its problems, needs and possible solutions.

Vision  

Monitoring the situation of the Arabic cultural development in the Arab States annually, translating this monitoring via figures, and data and analysis, independently of any political and ideological considerations.

Key Outcomes 

The release of three Arabic Reports for the Cultural Development: the first one (in 2008), the second one (in 2009), the third one (in 2010) and the fourth one (in 2011). These reports have constituted a documented scientific matter about the cultural development in the Arab world, and a reference for everyone interested in this field.
